Carnevale a Padova con ESN NASE Udine

Chiudi i libri e scegli la tua maschera di Carnevale!
ESN NASE Udine ti da l'opportunità di scoprire la città e di vivere la sua vita notturna! Insieme a migliaia di Erasmus parteciperemo all’evento nazionale di Carnevale: THE SIN CARNIVAL, Sodoma & Gomorra!

▶ Programma della giornata:
▷ Ritrovo alle ore 09:30 | Meeting Point @McDonalds (fronte Stazione Ferroviaria)
▷ Arrivo a Padova alle ore 12:00 circa
▷ Pranzo al sacco (vi consigliamo di portarlo da casa)
▷ Visita della città con gli amici di ESN Padova 
▷ Cena libera
▷ Festa di Carnevale in una delle discoteche più famose della città
▷ Rientro a Udine in mattinata

▶ La Fee è di 45 € e comprende:
▷ viaggio in treno andata/ritorno
▷ tour guidato
▷ festa di Carnevale (navetta a/r discoteca + ingresso + due drink)

▶ Modalità di iscrizione e pagamento:
Per partecipare al viaggio è obbligatorio compilare il seguente modulo (http://bit.ly/1OfWCd5) e pagare la Fee ENTRO E NON OLTRE Mercoledì 20 Gennaio 2016. 
ATTENZIONE: chi si iscrive al form non può ritirarsi dal viaggio, salvo motivi seri
Il pagamento lo si può fare presso il desk di ESN NASE Udine in Palazzo Antonini, via Petracco 8, Udine nei seguenti giorni e orari:
* martedì e giovedì | dalle 15:30 alle 17:30
* mercoledì e venerdì | dalle 11:00 alle 13:00

▶ Numero minimo di partecipanti: 
15 persone

Vi ricordiamo che per partecipare ai nostri eventi è obbligatorio possedere la ESN Card. Se non ce l’hai ancora richiedila al nostro desk in Palazzo Antonini :D

Hello Erasmus | International student!
Are you ready for your first trip in 2016?
In February it's up to Padova, one of the oldest university locations in Italy!
Close the books and choose your carnival mask!
ESN NASE Udine gives you the opportunity to discover the city and enjoy its nightlife! Together with thousands of Erasmus, we will participate in the national event of Carnival: THE SIN CARNIVAL, Sodom & Gomorrah!

▶ Program of the day:
▷ 09:30 am @McDonalds (opposite to the train station)
▷ Arrival in Padova around 12:00 pm
▷ Packed lunch (we recommend you to bring it from home)
▷ City tour with our friends of ESN Padova
▷ Independent dinner
▷ Carnival party in one of the most famous nightclubs in the city
▷ Return to Udine in the morning

▶ The Fee is 45 € and includes:
▷ roundtrip with the train
▷ guided tour
▷ Carnival Party (roundtrip with the bus to the disco + entrance + two drinks)

▶ How to register and pay:
To participate in the trip you must fill in the following form (http://bit.ly/1OfWCd5) and pay the Fee NOT LATER THAN Wednesday, January 20, 2016.
ATTENTION: those who subscribe to the form can’t retreat from the trip, unless serious reasons
You can do the payment at the desk of ESN NASE in Palazzo Antonini in Udine, via Petracco 8, in the following days and hours:
* Tuesday and Thursday | from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
* Wednesday and Friday | from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

▶ Minimum number of participants:
15 people

Please note that to participate in our events is mandatory to have the ESN Card. If you still don’t have it, request it at our desk in Palazzo Antonini :D
