ERASMUS WELCOME DAYS 2017 // Spring Edition!!

Una settimana di attività organizzate da ESN NASE Udine per darvi un caldo benvenuto nella città studentesca situata nel cuore del Friuli.

★★ LUNEDÌ, 13 FEBBRAIO 13 ★★

ESN NASE Udine vi porterà in giro per Udine: un breve tour del centro per scoprire le bellezze e la storia di Udine.

➜ APERITIV FURLAN
⌚ 7:00 pm - Bar Tetris Udine (via Portanuova, 11)
Un aperitivo, diverse lingue parlate, spritz & canapé e molte nuove persone da conoscere! Brindiamo tutti insieme all’inizio di questa nuova avventura!

Ogni partecipante che acquisterà il pacchetto convenzionato (vedi prezzo dei pack in fondo) accederà all’offerta riservata: un ticket speciale con una griglia, che verrà riempita al momento della consumazione in base alla bevanda ordinata (4 pt al massimo: 1 pt = Vino | 2 pt = Birra piccola | 3 pt = Spritz | 4 pt = Birra grande).

Siete curiosi di visitare una delle città più famose del mondo?
Allora dai, andiamo a… TRIESTE!
Ci incontriamo alla stazione dei treni di Udine alle 8.30 e andiamo a Trieste, dove abbiamo organizzato un tour della città insieme ai nostri amici dell'Erasmus Student Network di Trieste. Visiteremo inoltre anche il castello di Miramare e il suo bellissimo parco, dove ha alloggiato Sissi, l'Imperatrice dell'Impero austro-ungarico! Nel pomeriggio faremo aperitivo in un locale convenzionato e avremo molto tempo per scoprire il bellissimo centro città di Trieste! 

Non vediamo l'ora di portarvi in questo incredibile viaggio!

A week of activities organized by ESN NASE Udine to give you a warm welcome in this student city located in the heart of the Friuli region.

ESN NASE Udine will show you around Udine: a brief tour of the city centre to discover the beauties and the history of Udine.

➜ APERITIV FURLAN
⌚ 7:00 pm - Tetris Bar Udine (via Portanuova, 11)
A cocktail, many different languages spoken together, spritz & canapé and many new people to meet! Let’s all toast together for the start of this new adventure!

Every attendee who will buy a welcome pack (see prices below) will automatically be entitled to: a token card with 4 points for drinks which are deducted as you drink (1pt for a glass of wine | 2 pts for a small beer | 3 pts for a Spritz | 4 pts for a large beer).

Since we're dealing with Superheroes this evening, we would like to introduce you to a fantastic activity which will be ongoing throughout the semester: "Collecting Caps for CRO Aviano". By collecting plastic caps and bringing them to our office, you will redeem our gadget once you reach the required caps target total.

Introduction and greetings by ESN NASE Udine, the representatives from the University of Udine and the city of Udine and other associations and authorities. A welcome pack will be distributed to those present.

Friday means disco! Why not end the Welcome Week celebrating in style: let's go dancing and partying all night long together! P.S FREE ENTRANCE!!

Are you interested in visiting one of the most famous city in the world? 
So come on, let’s go to ... TRIESTE!
We meet at Udine train station at 8.30 am and travel to Trieste, where we have organized a guided tour of Trieste with our Erasmus Student Network friends. We will stop-off to visit the famous Miramare Castle and it's beautiful park, where Sissi, Empress of the Austro Hungarian Empire is known to have stayed! In the afternoon we will eat and drink in one of our corporate bars and we will have a lot of free time to walk around the beautiful downtown of Trieste!
We’re waiting for you to join us on this fabulous trip!
