State per iniziare una delle avventure più belle della vostra vita ed ESN Udine è qui per dare il giusto inizio!
Da venerdì 4 a domenica 13 marzo 2022 si terranno vari eventi per darvi il benvenuto a Udine e per far iniziare al meglio il vostro Erasmus nella città studentesca situata nel cuore del Friuli!

★★ VENERDI’ 4 MARZO ★★

19:00 @Bar “Ciò che c’era” (Piazza I Maggio 19, Udine)
Questo è l’Aperitivo ufficiale di ESN Udine che segna l’inizio dei Welcome Days! Avrà luogo presso il bar “Ciò che c’era”, situato in uno dei luoghi più caratteristici della città di Udine, Piazza I Maggio!
ESN Udine non vede l’ora di iniziare il nuovo semestre con voi!

Scopri Udine con noi! La nostra Caccia al Tesoro è fatta per conoscere la città attraverso un classico ma avvincente gioco in giro per tutta la città! I partecipanti saranno suddivisi in squadre ed i vincitori riceveranno un premio culinario.
Visiterai i monumenti più importanti, i punti di interesse e avrai la possibilità di scoprire tutti i posti con i quali siamo convenzionati. Dopo l’evento, gli ESNers e le squadre si riuniranno per un aperitivo tutti insieme!
Il punto di ritrovo stesso, piazza San Giacomo, è uno dei posti migliori per iniziare un evento del genere: è la piazza più famosa e frequentata di Udine!

Quello che a noi sembra normale routine quotidiana, per una persona non vedente potrebbe diventare una vera e propria sfida. Volete provare a mettervi nei suoi panni e capire, almeno in piccola parte, che cosa si prova?
ESN Udine vi invita ad un evento a noi tanto caro, il Blind Aperitif!
Questo nostro evento sociale ha come obiettivo quello di sensibilizzarci sul tema della disabilità e di rendere l’Erasmus accessibile a tutti!

La pizza ovviamente! Questo è uno degli eventi di punta di ESN Udine, e noi siamo molto orgogliosi di invitarvi alla nostra pizzata!
In occasione dei Welcome Days vi porteremo ad assaggiare la miglior pizza che ci sia a Udine… in una delle migliori pizzerie della città! Vi piacerà sicuramente!

Mercoledì Universitario può essere tradotto come “Mercoledì degli studenti universitari” ed è una tradizione di Udine e dei suoi studenti... ma questa volta saremo internazionali!
Se ti piacciono i cocktail, vino o birra, il Pinocchio è il miglior posto per festeggiare insieme! Per il “Mercoledì Universitario” questo posto diventerà un punto di incontro per gli studenti di tutta la città!

Vi invitiamo allora alla nostra conferenza di benvenuto in cui vi illustreremo tutti gli aspetti più interessanti della nostra associazione, che sarà anche un modo per porci tutte le domande o i dubbi che potreste avere!
Subito dopo seguirà un aperitivo per confrontarci e passare qualche ora in compagnia.

Ci incontreremo di fronte alla stazione centrale dei treni di Udine e viaggeremo verso Venezia, dove piccoli canali e vicoli incantevoli ci aspettano. Durante la giornata, faremo un tour di una delle città più romantiche al mondo, berremo e mangeremo in tipici bacari veneziani e visiteremo i luoghi più famosi che rendono Venezia così incantevole!

A noi di ESN Udine piace molto passare del tempo all’aria aperta e promuoviamo una vita sana; quindi, abbiamo organizzato un pic-nic nel parco per passare un bel pomeriggio degustando cibi e bevande in compagnia!
Se hai voglia di divertirti e passare del tempo insieme ai tuoi nuovi amici Erasmus, unisciti a noi!

From Friday, March 4th to Sunday, March 13th there will be many events, hosted by ESN Udine to welcome you to the city and to make your experience start in the right way!

★★ FRIDAY, MARCH 4TH ★★

19:00 @ Bar “Ciò che c’era” (Piazza I Maggio 19, Udine)
This is the official ESN Udine's Aperitivo that marks the beginning of the Welcome Days! It is going to take place at one of the most historical squares of Udine, Piazza I Maggio!
ESN Udine can’t wait to start this new semester with you!

16:00 @ Piazza San Giacomo
Discover Udine with us! Our Treasure Hunt is made to get you to know our city by playing a classic game all over the city!
The participants will be split into different teams and the winning team will win a culinary prize.
You will visit the main monuments, the main interest points and you'll get to know all the places we have a partnership with.
After the Hunt, ESNers and all the teams will gather for an aperitivo all together!!!
The meeting point itself, Piazza San Giacomo, is one of the best places to start such an event: is the most famous square in Udine, mostly known for its wide selection of bars and restaurants.

What could seem to us a normal day, could become a harsh and difficult challenge for blind people. Do you want to try to put yourself in their shoes to try to understand how they feel?
ESN Udine invites you to the Blind Aperitif, an event we are really proud of!
This social event’s main goal is to attract interest towards disabilities and to make the Erasmus project accessible to all!
Not the usual aperitivo.

Moreover, after the conference we will all move to the city centre to have some drinks together and get to know each other better!

We are pretty sure that Venice does not need any presentations, it’s simply one of the most famous and beautiful cities of the whole world…and is just a bunch of kilometers from Udine! Thus, on the occasion of the Welcome Days, we decided to take you to Venice to discover it all together. There you will have the chance to visit the streets of this wonder and find new friends at the same time. During the visit we will stop at a “Bacaro”, the typical Venetian bar, and we will have a typical Venetian aperitivo.
At the end of the visit, you will decide when to go back home, no restrictions! So, you can visit the city as much as you want!
