Dal 10 al 16 Ottobre: ERASMUS WELCOME DAYS - primo semestre 2016/2017

Una settimana di attività organizzate da ESN NASE Udine per accogliervi nella città studentesca nel cuore del Friuli.

Lunedì 10 Ottobre

INCONTRO DI BENVENUTO

Presentazione e saluti di ESN NASE Udine, dei rappresentanti dell’Università degli Studi di Udine e dei rappresentanti del Comune di Udine.

APERITIVO FRIULANO

Un aperitivo, diverse lingue parlate, spritz & tartina e tante nuove persone da conoscere! Brindiamo tutti assieme all’inizio di questa avventura!

ESN NASE Udine ti presenta Udine: un breve giro del centro storico alla scoperta delle bellezze e delle storie della città.

Nella provincia di Udine si parla friulano, una lingua riconosciuta dall’Unione Europea, e che anche tu imparerai presto a conoscere! Durante il CITY TOUR ad ogni tappa ti insegneremo una parola in friulano, affinché ti possa sentire parte di questo bellissimo territorio.

Pronto per un mercoledì sera fuori dal comune? Avrai la possibilità di conoscere nuove persone, fare tanta festa e condividere le tue passioni e i tuoi interessi... senza sapere chi avrai di fronte! Accompagnano la serata una pasta e caraffe di diversi drink. Vivi anche tu questa esperienza unica!

DA LIS ORELIS AL CÛR - EVENTO SOCIALERASMUS
Il motto "Sharing is caring" è alla base dell'esperienza Erasmus. Durante la PIZZATA ci divideremo in coppie, ognuno parlerà a turno delle proprie aspettative, paure e speranze riguardanti l'Erasmus (senza che l'altro possa interrompere, né fare domande). Al termine, ogni coppia riferirà ciò che ci si ricorda di quanto detto dal proprio compagno.

VENERDÌ IN DISCO

Il venerdì è discoteca. Inauguriamo il fine settimana ballando e festeggiando assieme! Ingresso gratuito.

Domenica 16 Ottobre

VIAGGIO A VENEZIA 
⌚ 07:30 - Meeting point: Stazione dei treni di Udine
Siete Pronti? Visiteremo una delle città più famose al mondo: Venezia! Ci incontreremo alle 7.30 alla stazione dei treni di Udine e viaggeremo verso Venezia, dove piccoli canali e strade incantevoli ci aspettano. Durante la giornata, faremo un tour della città con gli amici di Erasmus Student Network - ESN Venezia, mangeremo e berremo ad un buffet con panini Italiani e visiteremo le attrazioni più famose. Avrete del tempo libero a sufficienza per visitare un museo, salire sulla torre di San Marco oppure andare a fare shopping!

Monday, October 10th

WELCOME MEETING
⌚ 17:30 - Room T9, Palazzo Toppo Wassermann (via Gemona, 92)
Introduction and greeting by ESN NASE Udine, representatives from the University of Udine and the city of Udine.

FRIULIAN APERITIF
⌚ 19:30 - Leon d'oro (via dei Rizzani, 2)
An aperitif, several languages spoken at once, spritz & canapé and many new people to meet! Let’s toast all together to the beginning of this new adventure!

Wednesday, October 12th

CITY TOUR
⌚ 16:30 - Meeting point Palazzo Antonini (via Petracco, 8)
ESN NASE Udine will show you around Udine: a brief tour of the city centre to discover the beauties and the history of Udine.

A TOR PAR UDIN
In the province of Udine the friulian language is spoken: it’s a language recognised by the European Union, and you will soon get to know it as well! During the CITY TOUR at every stop we will teach you a friulian word, so that you will feel a part of this wonderful region.

BLIND SPEED DATE - ExchangeAbility EVENT
⌚ 18:30 - Ombre Di Corte (via Poscolle, 43)
Are you ready for an unusual Wednesday evening? You’ll get to meet new people, party and share your passions and interests... without knowing who’s in front of you! A dish of pasta and several pitchers of various drinks will be there as well. Live this unique experience!

DA LIS ORELIS AL CÛR - SOCIALERASMUS EVENT
The motto "Sharing is caring" is fundamental for the Erasmus experience. During the PIZZA DINNER we’ll be divided in pairs, and each of us will talk about their expectations, fears and hopes concerning their Erasmus (without the other one being able to interrupt or ask questions), and then we’ll switch. In the end, every member of the pair will say what they remember about their mate.

DISCO FRIDAY
⌚ 23:30 - Krepapelle (via Tavagnacco, 83/33)
Friday is disco! Let’s celebrate Friday dancing and partying together! Free entrance.

Sunday October 16th

TRIP TO VENICE
⌚ 07:30 - Meeting point: Udine train station
Are you ready? We’re visiting one of the most famous cities in the world: Venice! We’ll meet at 7:30 in front of the train station in Udine Udine and travel to Venice, where small canals and lovely alleys are waiting for us. During the day, we’ll do a city tour with our friends from ESN Venezia, eat and drink at an italian style panini buffet and visit the most famous attractions. You’ll have enough free time to visit a museum, climb San Marco’s tower or go shopping!
We’re waiting for you to do this fabulous trip with us!
