Ciao Erasmus/Studente Internazionale! Sei appena arrivato ad Udine e non conosci ancora nessuno? Vuoi scoprire i luoghi nascosti della città e le abitudini degli Udinesi? Sei pronto ad iniziare il tuo ERASMUS nel migliore dei modi?
ESN NASE Udine ha la soluzione che fa per te e si chiama WELCOME DAYS!
Una settimana di eventi culturali e ludici, con lo scopo di presentare la città agli studenti da poco arrivati, far loro incontrare la cultura friulana e aiutarli ad ambientarsi nella società locale.
► Da lunedì 22 a domenica 28 Febbraio l'associazione studentesca ESN NASE Udine organizza per te quattro giornate imperdibili!

► Lunedì 22 Febbraio
▻ ore 17:30 INCONTRO DI BENVENUTO E PRESENTAZIONE ESN NASE UDINE (GRATIS)
presso l'Aula 4 (c.d. Auditorium) di Palazzo Garzolini – Toppo Wassermann (via Gemona, 92) con la presenza dei delegati del Sindaco, del Magnifico Rettore, del Presidente del Consiglio degli Studenti, e dei Rappresentanti dell’Ufficio Relazioni Internazionali. Ti faremo conoscere ESN NASE Udine, potrai chiederci consigli sulla città e sugli alloggi e ti presenteremo i nostri eventi e i nostri viaggi! 

▻ ore 19:00 APERITIVO FRIULANO 
presso il Bar Leon D’Oro (via dei Rizzani, 2) dove potrai vivere uno dei momenti più amati dai friulani e provare lo Spritz Aperol o un buon “taglio” di vino accompagnato da una deliziosa “tartina” con prodotti tipici!

► Mercoledì 24 Febbraio
▻ ore 22:00: ERASMUS WELCOME PARTY
presso il disco bar B-Side (Viale Vat, 30) dove potrai ballare, sorseggiare un buon cocktail e vivere il mercoledì universitario più amato dagli studenti Udinesi. 

► Venerdì 26 Febbraio 
▻ ore 17:30 TOUR GUIDATO DELLA CITTÀ (GRATIS)
scopri con noi la città di Udine, i principali monumenti e i luoghi più famosi della città! 
▻ ore 20:00 PIZZATA
presso la pizzeria Campana d’Oro (Piazza Primo Maggio, 3) dove potrai provare la vera pizza italiana! 

► Domenica 28 Febbraio
▻ partenza ore 07:20 VIAGGIO A TRIESTE
partenza al mattino e ritorno alla sera, con tour guidato della città e aperitivo con gli erasmus di ESN Trieste!

Il pacchetto WELCOME DAYS contiene:
▻ Lunedì: Aperitivo (una consumazione a scelta tra Spritz Aperol, Spritz bianco o rosso, Calice vino bianco o rosso, Birra o Analcolico + una Tartina) 
▻ Mercoledì: Erasmus Secret Party (ingresso + una consumazione + uno shot)
▻ Venerdì: Pizzata (Pizza classica + bibita media)
▻ Domenica: Viaggio a Trieste (treno a/r + tour guidato di Trieste + bus a/r Miramare + aperitivo)
► Il costo del pack completo è comprensivo di ESN Card e costa € 52.

L’ESN Card è la tessera dell’associazione Erasmus Student Network, indispensabile per accedere alle attività associative ed il suo costo è di soli € 10.
La sua validità è di un anno solare ed è valida in tutta Europa e presso tutte le sedi ESN.
Registrando la vostra ESN Card al sito www.esncard.org potrete consultare ed attivare tutti gli sconti internazionali.

► Modalità di iscrizione e pagamento
Per iscriversi all’evento è obbligatorio compilare il seguente form: (http://bit.ly/1Qc86wb) ed effettuare il pagamento entro e non oltre mercoledì 24 Febbraio alle ore 13:00.
Per il pagamento ci trovate nel secondo Atrio di Palazzo Antonini (via Petracco, 8) presso il nostro Desk Informativo secondo le seguenti modalità:

Martedì: 15.30-17.30
Mercoledì: 11.00-13.00
Giovedì: 15.30-17.30

Una settimana di eventi culturali e ludici, con lo scopo di presentare la città agli studenti da poco arrivati, far loro incontrare la cultura friulana e aiutarli ad ambientarsi nella società locale.
One week of cultural and playful events, to present the city to the incoming students, to let them meet the Friulan culture and to feel comfortable in Udine.
► From Monday 22 to Sunday 28 of February the student association ESN NASE Udine is organizing for you a week that’s not to be missed!

►Monday, February 22nd
h 17.30 WELCOME MEETING AND PRESENTATION OF THE ASSOCIATION (FREE)
at room n°4 (c.d. Auditorium) in Palazzo Garzolini – Toppo Wassermann (via Gemona, 92) with the Mayor, the Rector of the University, the President of the Student Council, and the representatives of the Office of International Relationships (or their delegates). We make you know ESN NASE Udine, and you can ask advice about the city, the houses and we present our event and our trip!
h 19.00 FRIULAN APERITIF
at Bar Leon D’Oro (via dei Rizzani, 2) where you can live one of the loves moment for the friulan people and taste the “Spritz Aperol” or a good “taglio” (glass of typical wine) with a delicious canapé of typical products!

►Wednesday, February 24th
h 22.00 ERASMUS WELCOME PARTY
at disco bar B-side (Viale Vat, 30) where you can dance, taste a good cocktail and live the most loves Student Wednesday for the student.

►Friday, February 26th
h 17.30 FREE CITY TOUR
join us to discover the city of Udine, the best monument and the most famous place all over the city!
h 20.00 “PIZZATA”
at pizzeria Campana d’Oro (Piazza Primo Maggio, 3) where you can taste the true Italian pizza!

► Sunday, February 28th
h 07.20 DAY TRIP TO TRIESTE
leaving the city in the morning and coming back in the evening, city tour and aperitif with Erasmus from ESN Trieste!

The WELCOME DAYS pack contains:
▻ Monday: Aperitif (a drink chosen between Spritz Aperol, Spritz red or white, glass of red or white wine, beer or non-alcoholic drink + 1 canapé)
▻Wednesday: Erasmus Secret Party (entrance + one drink + one shot)
▻ Friday: Pizzata (classic pizza + medium drink)
▻ Sunday: Trip to Trieste (train v/v + city tour of Trieste + bus v/v to Miramare + aperitif)
► The price of the whole package (all events) includes the ESN Card and comes at 52€.

The ESN Card is the Erasmus Student Network association card, is fundamental to join our activities and it cost only 10 €.
It’s valid for one year in every European city with an ESN section.
Registering your ESN card at www.esncard.org you will consult and activate all the international discounts.
