ESN Udine goes to ICE ROMA 2015

Cari studenti Erasmus, anche quest'anno Roma ospiterà l'Incontro Culturale Erasmus (#ICE2015): tre giorni di immersione totale nella città di Roma, nella sua storia, nella sua architettura, nei suoi musei, nei suoi monumenti, e anche nei suoi migliori locali!

Iscriviti subito compilando il seguente form (http://goo.gl/forms/8v0ll9KcKV) e versa l’acconto di € 50 entro venerdì 23 ottobre, prima che i 30 posti disponibili finiscano!

Quanto costa?

• € 175 per i primi 15 iscritti
• € 185 per gli altri

La quota comprende:

• viaggio: Treno Frecciargento | Andata e Ritorno (si parte alle 06:25 di venerdì 13 novembre e si torna alle 22:05 di domenica 15 novembre)
• alloggio: per 2 notti
• city tour di Roma: in italiano o in inglese. Andremo a vedere i maggiori monumenti della Città Eterna: Colosseo, Foro Romano, Fori imperiali, Campidoglio, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna
• due special party con studenti Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia: 

1. FLUO PARTY (acquista qui i gadget: https://goo.gl/RBpo6n)
2. FROZEN – Il regno del ghiaccio

• ​maglietta e bracciale per ingresso alle feste
• altri musei a prezzo ridotto o gratuito per i possessori della ESN card

La quota non comprende:

• visita ai Musei Vaticani: a soli € 9 in più avrete la possibilità di visitare una delle raccolte d’arte più grandi al mondo, situata all’interno dello Stato della Città del Vaticano (avrete la prenotazione e non dovrete fare nessuna fila)

Modalità di pagamento:

• Acconto: € 50 (acconto obbligatorio) | entro venerdì 23 ottobre
• Saldo: € 125 o € 135 + pagamenti extra (Musei Vaticani e Gadget) | entro giovedì 29 ottobre
• Cauzione: € 20 (restituita al termine del viaggio) | entro giovedì 29 ottobre

Dove e quando pagare?
Potete pagare la vostra quota di partecipazione presso il nostro banchetto nell’Atrio di Palazzo Antonini, in questi orari:

• martedì e giovedì | dalle 15:30 alle 17:30
• mercoledì e venerdì | dalle 11:00 alle 13:00

NB: Il viaggio è garantito al raggiungimento del numero minimo di partecipanti.

Dear Erasmus students, like every year Rome will host Incontro Culturale Erasmus (Erasmus Cultural Meeting #ICE2015): three days of full immersion in the city of Rome, its history, its architecture, its museums, its monuments, and also its best bars, pubs and discos!

What are you waiting for?
Subscribe now by compiling the form (http://goo.gl/forms/8v0ll9KcKV) and paying the advance of € 50 by Friday 23th October, before the 30 available places are over!

How much does it cost?

• € 175 for the first 15 people to subscribe
• € 185 for everyone else

The fee will include:

• train travel: Frecciargento (Silver arrow) train to Rome and back (we are leaving on Friday, November 13th at 06:25 and coming back on Sunday, November 15th at 22:05)
• accommodation: for 2 nights
• city tour of Rome in Italian or English. We’ll go to see all the major monuments of thei Eternal City: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Imperial Fora, Capitoline Hill, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna
• two special parties with Erasmus students from all over Italy:

2. FROZEN – The ice kingdom

• ​T shirt and bracelet for the party entrances
• other free or discounted museums for those who have an ESN card

The fee will not include:

• visit of Vatican Museums: for just € 9 more, you can also visit one of the biggest art collections in the world, located within the Vatican State (you’ll have the visit booked and won’t have to make any queue)

How to pay:

• Advance: € 50 (mandatory advance) | by Friday 23th October
• Rest: € 125 or €135 + extra payments (Vatican Museums and gadgets) | by Thursday 30th October
• Caution: €20 (it will be returned a the end of the event) | by Thursday 30th October

Where and when can you pay?
You can pay your fee for the event at our desk in the Atrium of Palazzo Antonini, at the following office hours:

• Tuesday and Thursday | from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm
• Wednesday and Friday | from 11 am to 1 pm

Note: The trip is guaranteed as the minimum number of participants will be reached.
