Cari Erasmus/Studenti internazionali, è tempo di prepararsi per il più atteso evento dell'anno: l’ESNow!!!

▶ Che cos'è? 
Si tratta di un'occasione unica per godersi neve, apres-ski e feste ad un prezzo speciale!!!
Un evento di 4 giorni a base di sport e divertimento! Avrete la possibilità di sciare, praticare snowboard e fare festa con altri studenti Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia!

▶ Dove e quando? 
Da Giovedì 17 a Domenica 20 Marzo 2016 --> Folgaria(TN)

▶ La quota è di 250 € e comprende:
▷ Viaggio andata/ritorno a Folgaria (TN) 
▷ 3 Notti in Hotel con colazione e cena inclusi
▷ Skipass per 4 giorni
▷ Assicurazione medica
▷ Assicurazione bagaglio
▷ Party a tema tutte le notti
A SECONDA DEL NUMERO DI PARTECIPANTI POTREMMO OTTENERE UNO SCONTO SUL TRASPORTO CHE, NEL CASO, VI VERRA’ COMUNICATO VIA MAIL UNA VOLTA CHIUSE LE ISCRIZIONI.
La quota non comprende la cauzione dell’hotel di 20 euro e la cauzione dello skipass di 5 euro(che vi verranno restituite alla fine del viaggio).

▶ Deadline
▷ L’iscrizione e il pagamento dell’acconto per il viaggio (di 50 euro) dovranno essere fatti ENTRO VENERDI’ 29 gennaio 2016
▷ Il saldo dovrà essere fatto ENTRO MERCOLEDI’ 10 febbraio 2016

Per qualsiasi informazione o se dovete ancora fare l’ESN card, scriveteci o venite a trovarci.
Potete effettuare il pagamento presso il banchetto di ESN NASE Udine in Palazzo Antonini, via Petracco 8, nei seguenti giorni e orari:
* martedì e giovedì | dalle 15:30 alle 17:30
* mercoledì e venerdì | dalle 11:00 alle 13:00

▶ Non avete l'attrezzatura necessaria per sciare? Non preoccupatevi: avrete la possibilità di noleggiare tutto il necessario direttamente a Folgaria. Inoltre, se non sapete sciare o se siete dei principianti, potrete seguire dei corsi con dei maestri di sci durante il vostro soggiorno.
Questi sono i costi opzionali (non inclusi nella fee):
Noleggio per 4 giorni:
- Completo sci/snowboard: 30€
- Solo sci/snowboard: 25€
- Solo scarponi: 15€
- casco (fortemennte consigliato): 5€
Maestri: 25€ per 6h divise in 3 giorni (solo livello base di sci e snowboard)

Dear Erasmus/International Students, it's time to get ready for the most anticipated event of the year: ESNow !!!

▶ What is it?
It’s a unique opportunity to enjoy the snow, apres-ski and parties at a special price !!!
A 4-day event based on sports and entertainment! You will have the opportunity to go skiing, snowboarding and partying with other Erasmus students from all over Italy!

▶ Where and when?
From Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th March 2016 --> Folgaria (TN)

▶ The fee is 250 € for 4 days and includes:
▷ Roundtrip to Folgaria (TN) 
▷ 3 nights in a Hotel with breakfast and dinner included
▷ ski pass for 4 days
▷ Medical insurance
▷ Luggage insurance
▷ Theme parties every night
DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS WE COULD GET A DISCOUNT ON THE TRANSPORT THAT, IN CASE, WILL BE NOTIFIED TO YOU VIA E-MAIL ONCE THE REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED.
The price does not include the 20€ deposit for the hotel and the 5€ deposit for the ski pass(which will be returned to you at the end of the trip).

▶ Deadline
▷ Registration and payment of the deposit for the trip(50€) shall be made WITHIN FRIDAY 29th JANUARY 2016
▷ The payoff must be done BEFORE WEDNESDAY 10th FEBRUARY 2016

We currently have 15 places, the rest will be put in the waiting list. IT WILL BE CONSIDERED THE DATE OF COMPILATION OF THE FORM.
For any information or if you still have to do the ESN card, write us or come to visit us.
You can make the payment at the desk of ESN NASE in Palazzo Antonini in Udine, via Petracco 8, on the following days and hours:
* Tuesday and Thursday | from 3:30pm to 5:30pm
* Wednesday and Friday | from 11:00am to 1:00pm

▶ You don’t have the necessary equipment for skiing? Don’t worry: you will have the possibility to rent everything you need directly in Folgaria. Also, if you can’t ski or if you are a beginner, you can take courses with ski instructors during the stay.
These costs are optional(not included in the fee):
Rental for 4 days
- Complete skiing / snowboarding: 30 €
- Only skis / snowboard: 25 €
- Only boots: € 15
- Helmet (highly recommended): € 5
Teachers: € 25 for 6 hours divided in 3 days (only basic level of skiing and snowboarding)
