Evento Nazionale Erasmus 2017 w/ ESN NASE Udine

Ciao Erasmus | Studente Internazionale!
Finalmente è arrivato l'evento più atteso dell'anno...l'Evento Nazionale Erasmus 2017!!

Ci saranno 51 sezioni ESN da tutta Italia, più di 3000 Erasmus riuniti per 4 giorni e 3 notti di mare, sole, sport e puro divertimento!
Potrete sfidarvi a beach volley, beach soccer, tennis, basket e PADEL; ci sarà anche un'area golf ed una magnifica SPA. Ogni giorno ci saranno due feste a tema, ed anche alla mattina potrete venire a rilassarvi a bordo piscina. La musica non mancherà mai! Cosa aspettate?

PREZZO
La fee di partecipazione corrisponde a 156€ e comprende:
- eventuale pick up da Sibari o Cosenza(se necessario)
- 3 notti in Hotel 4 stelle
- 3 colazioni in Hotel
- 3 pranzi in Hotel
- 3 cene in Hotel
- ingressi alle feste a tema
- assicurazione durante l'evento
- Welcome Pack con gadget e bellissime sorprese!

La FEE non comprende:
- 50€ di caparra, che dovranno essere pagati più avanti e verranno poi restituiti al termine dell'evento se non si saranno evidenziati danni alla struttura;
- viaggio di A/R(ci stiamo lavorando, avrete ulteriori informazioni a breve)
- eventuale costo pick up da Lamezia zona stazione o aeroporto(5€) e da Paola zona stazione(4€).

Hi Erasmus | International Student!
We wanted to inform you about the most anticipated event of the year... the Erasmus National Event 2017!!
There will be 51 ESN sections from all over Italy, more than 3000 Erasmus gathered for 4 days and 3 nights of sea, sun, sport and fun!
You can challenge others to beach volleyball, beach soccer, tennis, basketball and padel; there will also be a golf area and a magnificent SPA. Every day there will be two theme parties, and in the morning you can come and relax by the pool. The music will never miss! What are you waiting for?

PRICE
The participation fee is 156€ and includes:
- potential pick up from Sibari or Cosenza (if needed)
- 3 nights in a 4 stars Hotel
- 3 breakfasts at the Hotel
- 3 lunches at Hotel
- 3 dinners in Hotel
- Entrances to theme parties
- Insurance during the event
- Welcome Pack with gadgets and wonderful surprises!

The FEE does not include:
- a € 50 deposit, that will have to be paid later and will be returned at the end of the event, if you haven't done any damage to the structure;
- Round trip (we are working on it, you'll have more information soon)
- Potential cost for the pick up from Lamezia station or airport area (5 €) and Paola station area (€ 4).

EXCURSIONS:
- Excavations of Sibari
- Corigliano
(there is a 5 € deposit for each planned trip; it has to be paid at the time of registration and will be returned to you during the tour itself; it is needed to assure your presence to the organisers)

Pay the fee at our InfoDesk on Tuesday (11.00 - 13.00) or Thursday (15.30 - 17.30)
The last day to pay for the event will be Tuesday, April 11th.
