Ciao tutti! Ormai siete in Friuli da almeno qualche settimana, e ci piacerebbe farvi conoscere i sapori delle nostre tradizioni!
Vi faremo provare tre cibi locali: Frico, Polenta e Prosciutto Crudo. Il prosciutto crudo di San Daniele, Udine è conosciuto in tutto il mondo, mentre il Frico è stato il piatto che ha vinto Masterchef USA!
Da bere ci sarà il nostro vino prodotto regionalmente!
A tenerci compagnia ci sarà la sezione Udinese dell’Ente Nazionale Sordi (ENS), che ci insegnerà qualche parola nella Lingua dei segni internazionale!
Questo evento fa parte del programma ExchangeAbility e sarà all’interno dell’ExchangeAbility week 2017!

Hello Everyone! You have been in Friuli for at least a couple of weeks now, and we would love to introduce you to our tastiest traditions!
We will let you try 3 local specialties: Frico, Polenta and Prosciutto Crudo. The Prosciutto Crudo of San Daniele is known worldwide, while Frico was the winner dish in Masterchef USA!
The beverage of choice will be locally produced wine.
To keep us company, our local section of the Ente Nazionale Sordi (Italian National Agency for the Deaf) will be joining us and teach us some words in the International Sign Language!
This event is part of our program ExchangeAbility and will take place during the ExchangeAbility week 2017!
