Dall' 11 al 13 novembre 2016 ► Viaggio a Roma con ESN NASE Udine in occasione dell’ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus)!

Più di 2000 Erasmus saranno presenti nella capitale per partecipare a questo evento, ricco di cultura e di feste in stile ESN.

- tour della città di Roma con le tre sezioni romane
- ingresso a due feste a tema (location segreta)
- visita ai musei con prezzi agevolati (ad esempio: Musei Vaticani)

RITORNO
domenica 13 novembre / in treno

► COSTO
La fee (per i primi 20 iscritti) è di € 125 (euro centoventicinque) comprensivi di:
- viaggio in treno A/R
- due notti presso Hotel *** stelle
- una cena
- ICE Welcome Pack
- una navetta per una festa a tema

Vi sarà inoltre richiesto un deposito cauzionale da parte dell'albergo di € 30 (euro trenta), che vi sarà restituito alla fine del viaggio.

► EXTRA
La fee di € 9 (euro 9) comprensiva di:
- visita Musei Vaticani (facoltativa e da pagare separatamente a banchetto)

RICORDATEVI ci sono solo 20 posti disponibili e a questo prezzo speciale!

Una volta terminati i posti disponibili (solo 20 posti) gli iscritti eccedenti entreranno in una lista d’attesa e saranno contattati successivamente in ordine di iscrizione, se ci saranno altri posti disponibili (stiamo già valutando come fare in caso di tanti iscritti). NB: il prezzo avrà una scontistica minore.

Si ricorda che l’inserimento nella lista d’attesa avverrà senza alcuna discriminazione, semplicemente si seguirà l’ordine delle iscrizioni. Quindi chi si iscrive prima avrà il posto garantito (solo 20 posti garantiti).

Modalità di pagamento presso il nostro Ufficio/Info Desk nell’atrio di Palazzo Antonini (via Petracco, 8):

- € 60 acconto / da versare entro il 14 ottobre
- € 65 saldo / da versare entro 21 ottobre
- € 30 cauzione / da versare direttamente in Hotel

- € 9 visita Musei Vaticani / facoltativa e da pagare separatamente / da versare entro 14 ottobre

From 11th to 13th of November ► Trip to Rome with ESN Nase Udine for ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus)!

More than 2000 Erasmus will be there to join the National Event, rich of culture and parties, in pure ESN style.

DEPARTURE TO ROME
on Friday 11th of November / by train

► ACTIVITIES IN ROME
- city tour with the three ESN sections of Rome
- entrance to two theme parties (Top secret locations)
- discounted visit to the museums (for example, the Vatican Museums)
- spare time

DEPARTURE TO UDINE
on Sunday 13th of November

► COST
The fee (just for the first 20 subscribers) is € 125 (one hundred and twenty-five euros) including:
- train trip to Rome and back
- two overnight stays in a *** star Hotel
- one dinner
- ICE Welcome Pack
- one transport to one of the party

A cautionary deposit of € 30 will also be required on behalf of the hotel, and it will be returned at the end of the trip (except in case of any damage done).

► EXTRA
9€ fee (euro nine) includes:
- Vatican City Museum (optional, you can pay during our office hours)

- DEADLINE SUBSCRIPTION: Friday 14th October

REMEMBER: there are only 20 reservations available at this special price!

After completing the places available (only 20 spots), the members in excess will enter a waiting list and they will be contacted later in order of registration, if there are other spots available (we are temporarily thinking about how to do in case of many members). NB: the price will be less discounted (for the people out of the list).

Please remember that the inclusion on the waiting list will take place without any discrimination, simply follow the order of entries. So those who register first will have a guaranteed place (only 20 spots guaranteed).

NB: On Wednesday, at 17:00, the first 20 who filled in the form (according to the order of registration) will be contacted by phone or e-mail.

Modality of payment at our Office / Info Desk in the second atrium of Palazzo Antonini (via Petracco, 8):

- € 60 deposit / you must pay until 14th October
- € 65 settlement / you must pay until 21th October
- € 30 caution / to pay directly at the Hotel

- € 9 visit Musei Vaticani / it's not mandatory and you have to specify at while you pay for the trip / you must pay until 14th October
