Meet the New ESN Udine Board 2026–2027

A new year, a new team, and a new chapter for ESN Udine! The new ESN Udine Board 2026–2027 is ready to begin a new year of international experiences, cultural exchange, friendship and opportunities for Erasmus and international students in Udine. Behind every event, activity and initiative there is a team of dedicated volunteers working together to make students feel welcome, supported and part of the local community. This year, the Board is made up of Daniel, Giulia, Matteo, Linda, Luca and Stefania, each bringing a different role and contribution to the team.

Daniel – President

As President of ESN Udine, Daniel is the person leading the team and coordinating the section's activities throughout the year. The President has the responsibility of making important decisions, representing ESN Udine and ensuring that the whole team works together towards the same goals. More than simply being the head of the Board, the President helps create the vision for the year and makes sure that ESN Udine continues to be a welcoming community for Erasmus and international students.

Giulia – Vice President

Giulia, our Vice President, supports the President and the entire Board in the organisation and management of the section. Her role is about teamwork, coordination and making sure that everyone feels involved and supported. Working closely with the President, she helps keep the different activities and projects moving forward. The Vice President is also an important point of reference for the team, helping create a positive and collaborative environment among volunteers.

Matteo – Treasurer

Managing the financial side of an organisation is an important part of making its activities possible. As Treasurer, Matteo is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of ESN Udine, helping ensure that the section's resources are managed carefully and responsibly. From events to projects and initiatives, good financial management is essential for turning ideas into real experiences for our students.

Linda – Local Representative

Linda, our Local Representative, plays a key role in connecting ESN Udine with the local community. Her position focuses on representing the section locally and strengthening relationships between ESN Udine, students and the city of Udine. Creating connections between international students and the local environment is an important part of the Erasmus experience — and Linda will help make those connections happen.

Luca – Secretary

Behind every successful team, there is a lot of organisation — and this is where Luca, our Secretary, comes in. The Secretary supports the Board with administrative tasks, documentation and internal organisation, helping ensure that everything is properly coordinated. Although much of this work happens behind the scenes, it is essential to keeping the section running smoothly throughout the year.

Stefania – Communication Manager

Last but certainly not least, Stefania is our Communication Manager. From sharing upcoming events to telling the stories of our Erasmus community, communication is essential to keeping students informed and involved. Stefania will take care of ESN Udine's communication and help bring the section's activities, projects and opportunities to the wider student community. Through social media and other communication channels, she will help make sure that you never miss what is happening in ESN Udine!

We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to the outgoing Board for their dedication and commitment throughout their time in ESN Udine. Their work has helped build the community that the new Board is now ready to carry forward.
