On 12 January we took part in an environmental cleanup organized with the NGO Plastic Free.

As Daniele Bosca, one of the Plastic Free volunteers said, “we do not intend to replace street cleaners; ours is an attempt to raise awareness among the population about respecting the environment”.

We covered the train station area and picked up 20 bags of garbage, mainly plastic and glass, but also clothes, syringes and a bike basket. The event was covered by the news and they even wrote an article about us!

Thanks to everyone who showed up and for the lovely Plastic Free volunteers for collaborating with us, we can't wait to do it again!
