Siamo lieti di invitarvi ai nostri ERASMUS WELCOME DAYS 2021 // AUTUMN EDITION!
State per iniziare una delle avventure più belle della vostra vita ed ESN Udine è qui per dare il giusto inizio!
Da giovedì 30 settembre a giovedì 7 ottobre 2021 si terranno vari eventi per darvi il benvenuto a Udine e per far partire al meglio il vostro Erasmus nella città studentesca situata nel cuore del Friuli.
GIOVEDì 30 SETTEMBRE

18:00 @Caffè Caucigh (Via Gemona 36, Udine)
Questo è l’Aperitivo ufficiale di ESN Udine che segna l’inizio dei Welcome Days! Avrà luogo in uno dei caffè storici della città. Qui molti studenti universitari si sono riuniti nel corso degli anni per karaoke, eventi musicali dal vivo e aperitivi culturali.
ESN Udine non vede l’ora di iniziare il nuovo semestre con voi!

Domanda: cos’è la cosa più italiana che ti viene in mente?
La pizza ovviamente! Questo è uno degli eventi di punta di ESN Udine, e noi siamo (orgogliosi) di invitarvi alla nostra pizzata!
In occasione dei Welcome Days vi porteremo ad assaggiare la miglior pizza che ci sia a Udine… nella migliore pizzeria della città!
Vi piacerà sicuramente!

SABATO 2 OTTOBRE

Scopri Udine con noi! La nostra Caccia al Tesoro è fatta per conoscere la città attraverso un classico ma avvincente gioco in giro per tutta la città! I partecipanti saranno suddivisi in squadre ed i vincitori riceveranno un premio culinario.
Visiterai i monumenti più importanti, i punti di interesse e avrai la possibilità di scoprire tutti i posti con i quali siamo convenzionati. Dopo l’evento, gli ESNers e le squadre si riuniranno per un aperitivo tutti insieme!
Il punto di ritrovo stesso, piazza San Giacomo, è uno dei posti migliori per iniziare un evento del genere: è la piazza più famosa e frequentata di Udine.

DOMENICA 3 OTTOBRE
➜ VIAGGIO A VENEZIA
8:50 @ McDonald’s (di fronte alla stazione dei treni di Udine)
Siete pronti? Allora andiamo a visitare una delle città più famose al mondo: Venezia! Ci incontreremo di fronte alla stazione centrale dei treni di Udine e viaggeremo verso Venezia, dove piccoli canali e vicoli incantevoli ci aspettano. Durante la giornata, faremo un tour della città organizzato con gli amici di ESN Venezia, berremo e mangeremo in tipici bacari veneziani e visiteremo i luoghi più famosi! Avrete del tempo libero a sufficienza per fare un giro per una delle città più romantiche al mondo!
La fee per partecipare è di 15€, comprensiva del viaggio per Venezia (Attenzione: SOLO andata), di un calice di vino ed una tartina in un bacaro.

A noi di ESN Udine piacciono un sacco gli sport e promuoviamo una vita sana; quindi, abbiamo organizzato un torneo di pallavolo solo per te!

Sai cos’è il “Mercoledì Universitario”? Beh, se la risposta è no, presto lo saprai!
Mercoledì Universitario può essere tradotto come “Mercoledì degli studenti universitari” ed è una tradizione di Udine e dei suoi studenti... ma questa volta saremo internazionali!
Se ti piacciono i cocktail, vino o birra, il Barcollo è il miglior posto per festeggiare insieme. Per il “Mercoledì Universitario” questo posto diventerà un punto di incontro per gli studenti di tutta la città!

Eeeee la settimana dei Welcome Days è giunta al termine... ma non ti preoccupare, questo è solo l’inizio della nostra avventura insieme!
L’evento finale di una settimana Erasmus a Udine non potrebbe essere nient’altro che una degustazione di vini! Questa volta vi portiamo in uno dei vicoli più belli della città per provare una vera “esperienza Friulana”! Fate presto però, i posti sono limitati!
Buon vino, bei luoghi, ottima compagnia!

We are glad to invite you to our ERASMUS WELCOME DAYS 2021 // AUTUMN EDITION!
You are going to start one of the best experiences of your life and we, members of ESN Udine, want it to take off the best way possible!
From Thursday, September 30th to Thursday, October 7th there will be many events, hosted by ESN Udine to welcome you to the city and to make your experience start in the right way!
 

THURSDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER
➜ APERITIVO W/ESN
18:00 @ Caffè Caucigh
This is the official ESN Udine's Aperitivo that marks the beginning of the Welcome Days! It is going to take place at one of the most historical cafès in the whole city. Here many university students have gathered over the years for karaoke, live music events and cultural aperitifs.
ESN Udine is looking forward to starting the semester with you!

FRIDAY 1ST OCTOBER
➜PIZZA EXPERIENCE

This is going to be a very simple question: what is the most Italian thing you can think of? Pizza of course!
This is one of ESN Udine's leading events. We are proud to invite you to our “Pizzata”!
On the occasion of Welcome Days, we are going to get you to taste the best pizza you can find in Udine...in the best pizzeria in the city!
We know you are going to like it!

SATURDAY 2ND OCTOBER
➜ DISCOVERING UDINE
17:00 @ Piazza San Giacomo
Discover Udine with us! Our Treasure Hunt is made to get you to know our city by playing a classic game all over the city!
The participants will be split into different teams and the winning team will win a culinary prize.
You will visit the main monuments, the main interest points and you'll get to know all the places we have a partnership with. After the Hunt, ESNers and all the teams will gather for an aperitivo all together!!!
The meeting point itself, Piazza San Giacomo, is one of the best places to start such an event: is the most famous square in Udine, mostly known for its wide selection of bars and restaurants.

Discover, have fun, make new friends.

SUNDAY 3RD OCTOBER
➜ TRIP TO VENICE
8:50 @ McDonald’s (just in front of Udine’s train station)
Are you ready? If yes, we are going to visit one of the most famous cities in the world: Venice!
We are meeting at McDonald’s in front of Udine's train station and we are travelling to Venice, where small canals and stunning alleys are waiting for us. During the day we are going to meet our friends from ESN Venice: they're going to show us their city and its best-known places. Moreover, they are going to take us to eat and drink at a few typical Venetian "Bacari".
You are going to spend a whole beautiful day in the most romantic city in the world!
The fee to participate is 15€, which includes the train ticket to Venice (one-way train Udine - Venice) and a glass of wine and a canape in one of the Bacari.
 

MONDAY 4TH OCTOBER
➜ VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

Here at ESN Udine we love sports and we promote a healthy lifestyle, so we organized a volleyball tournament for YOU!

So if you want to play some volleyball with your new Erasmus friends, join us at the gym!

WEDNESDAY 6TH OCTOBER

Have you ever heard of "Mercoledì Universitario"? Well, if the answer is no, you are now going to take part in it! Mercoledì Universitario can be translated as "university student's Wednesday" and it's a tradition of Udine's and Italian students...but this time we're going international!
If you like cocktails, wine or beer, Barcollo is the right place to party together. For "Mercoledì Universitario" this place becomes a meeting point for the students of the whole city!

And the Welcome Days have come to an end...but don't worry, this is just the start of our adventure together!
The final event of the Erasmus Welcome Days in Udine could be nothing else than a Wine Tasting Experience!
This time we are taking you to one of our city's beautiful alleys to have a true "Friulian" experience!
Good wine, beautiful places, great company!
(But be quick! The places are limited! Please, register for this event by September 27th).
